Beginning Stats
Highest Weight (HW): 272 pounds on 12/28/10
Starting Weight (SW): 267.2 on 1/3/11
Lowest Wight (LW): 150 on 12/26/11
Current Weight (CW): 174.6 on 5/30/12
Goal Weight (GW): 147
Total Lost: At the most, I was at 117 pounds lost. Currently (May 30, 2012), I'm at 92.6 pounds lost.
I lost 117 pounds in just under a year! Now I'm trying to get a handle on this whole "maintaining weight loss" lifestyle.
I went from an obese-fast-food-over-eating-dr.pepper-addict-unhappy-unhealthy-couch-dwelling-twenty-something to a weight-watcher-runner-p90xer-happy-healthy-confident-thirty-year-old.
I've completed 5Ks, 10Ks, a 15K, some half marathons, and a vertical/stair race. I'm doing the Warrior Dash in June and the Chicago Full Marathon in October, 2012.
