just registered for my second omaha half marathon. i actually considered doing the full, but figured it’d be too close to chicago. www.omahamarathon.com
i got 2 points!!!! exercise was p90x ab ripper x and the first disc…..arms and back…maybe it’s chest and back. i forget. anyway, it was done. food was great today! stayed on track points-wise and resisted eating leftovers from bella’s meals.
how’d you do today?
This is my cousin bella. She’ll be 2.5 next month. I’m watching her til june 10 while her parents are on vacation.
So far today I got up earlier than normal to do ab rpper x, take measurements, and take progress pictures. While she’s napping, I soooo wanted to just lay down and rest, too, but instead I did today’s p90x workout.
Food has been great today. Now i’m snacking on frozen grapes. How have I never tried these before?!?!?
I’m getting better today :)

Where you trying to be a leader before? If so do they do anything if you gain back some? Always was curious about this because I personally find the struggle part inspirational and don’t understand why you can’t still be losing and not be a leader.
Um, not really sure about this. I haven’t thought much about being a ww leader lately, but it is still in the back of my mind. I never applied, but it is something I would like to do someday. I’m guessing you have to stay under your goal weight to be a leader, but that’s an unofficial answer :)

4% of first day weight: 6.85….we’ll just go with 7.0
total lost so far: +1.6 (honestly i was expecting MUCH worse. i know what went wrong, i know what i need to do to fix it)
This sounds about right and sets the tone for what we are trying to accomplish!

I think I’ve seen this on tumblr and I know i’ve seen this idea on pinterest. I put my own little twist on what I’ve seen. in the “pounds to go” jar, there are two different colors of stones: the bigger clear ones represent the 18 pounds to go until I’m back at 157. the little blue ones represent the additional 10 pounds to get to my goal weight of 147. I’ll write on the jar with a dry erase marker as I lose weight. I’m feeling crafty this summer :)
