feeling better

i am feeling so much better right now than i was last night and this morning.  i identified some other things that were making me stressed and have taken care of those issues.

my mom used to say:  name it, claim it, and tame it.  identify the problem, take responsibility for it or figure out what you can/can’t change/control, and do what you can to make it better.  it’s amazing how much better i feel after naming, claiming, and taming things in my life :)

my mom also used to tell me to “stop ‘should-ing’ on yourself.”  say it outloud :)

this week i have a really busy schedule, but i’m determined to get to the gym a few times.

sidenote:  i ate great today!  so many fruits and veggies :)  i didn’t miss the junk i was stuffing my face with last week, i physically feel so much better at the end of the day because of my healthy food choices :)
