first off: i didn’t make it to a ww meeting last week. i went tonight, but didn’t weigh in. at home i weighed 155 this morning. my lowest weight was at christmas (150). since then it’s fluctuated between 150 and 154 in my official weigh ins (149-157 at home). yesterday and today my eating has been great. i hit the gym tonight and yesterday and it felt great! restarting p90x on wednesday. will be posting measurement updates and possibly progress pictures in the near future. anyway, the point of this first paragraph is that i’ve MAINTAINED my 110+ pound weight loss for 11 weeks!!!
now the main course:
i’ve been sort of in a funk the last week or so-ish.
my eating the last two weeks (prior to yesterday) was pretty craptacular. my workouts were slim to none. work stuff is stressing me out. spending good time with the boy. unfortunately, not spending lots of time on tumblr :( spending way too freaking much time over-analyzing things and basically creating things to worry about. not getting enough good sleep.
i’ve commented on it before, but there’s a recurring theme here in my life: my off weeks just happen to coincide with slim-to-no tumblr time.
i NEED this community. I am so grateful for this community. in the past two days, 3 different posts from amazing tumblrs have brought tears to my eyes. you all inspire me SOOOO much! i feel bad when i’m not on tumblr because i’m not giving the support and encouragement to you all like you have provided to me.
i need to get this whole balance thing down….work, exercise, fun stuff, internet (tumblr) stuff, and real life stuff.
i know i have some messages in my inbox i need to reply to. i promise i’ll get to them within the next week (it’s report card, parent-teacher conference time….busy/stress/crunch time at school).
