Looking ahead to week 4: The minimum points is 13!!! This week’s focus is sort of up to you…..I want you to think of an area YOU want to work on. Write it down and then brainstorm a few ideas that will help you overcome that problem area.
for me, it’ll be eating out of stress. that’s been my biggest problem area.
