warrior dash
i’m doing the warrior dash on saturday.
i’m not scared of it, i just really don’t want to do it.
insecure girl who’s gained some weight coming out: i am dreading having my tshirt cling to my body (when it’s wet and/or muddy) - showing off my puffy tummy.
makes me sad.

Don’t even think about that. You are doing something amazing that even people who are “skinny” don’t have the guts to do. Good luck!!

If I can do it, you can do it. Seriously, it was one of the most fun races I have done and one of the things I am most glad I did…and I was freaking out before hand.

The mud is so super thick that you won’t be able to tell. BELIEVE ME. I did it like 20 pounds ago. =)

I did it last year, and I had the same worries you did. I wore a black shirt (obvious choice) and I really did have such a good time that I wasn’t worried about that anymore! Have so much fun!

Please do it anyways! You only regrets the chances you don’t take.

We are going to have a great time! And be so covered in mud that it won’t matter at all. I’m kinda worried about getting hurt….and the fact that I have no upper body strength! but we will rock it! I promise!

looking back on my pics from last year, yeah my shirt and shorts clung, but you know what, I don’t even care about the chub they showed off. i had the time of my life and that’s what should matter!

think of all of the girls out there who wont even consider doing this sort of event because they will get a little dirty, or can’t run, or dont believe in their phsyical ability - and do it for them to show them that anything is possible. Its your positive attitude and…
