hmmmmm….maybe i should work out in the mornings?
yeah, i had about a week-long stint of running before work in the morning.
today, i ate poorly in the morning. then went to the gym. now i want to make better food choices because i worked out. i mean, who wants to eat like crap after working out - basically defeating the purpose of working out.
in a perfect world, i would work out in the morning before work AND after work. and i would eat great. and i would have an amazing body. and i would find mr. perfect and fall in love and get married and have 2.5 kids, a cat, dog, and suv, and a white-picket fence. well, that would be quite perfect :)
sometimes i have the attention-span of a kindergartner….i tend to get side-tracked :)

I’d settle for the SUV, a dog, and 2 cats. Is it bad I just the SUV first? :)

I love working out in the morning for that exact reason! Half the time I eat something I say I’ll make up for later at the gym, I don’t even go :/
